Max Duncan is an award-winning filmmaker, journalist and director of photography making documentaries, reportage and creative video around the world, with a special focus on social issues and the arts in Asia. His work has been featured by media including The Guardian, New York Times, BBC, PBS, VICE and Al Jazeera. Now based in Madrid, he previously worked for six years as a video journalist for Reuters agency in China. His work has received recognition including a World Press Photo Award, funding from Pulitzer and been exhibited at galleries such as Tate Modern. He is a licensed drone pilot and a member of the Frontline Freelance Register.   

When he's not out filming something, he can be found up a mountain, drawing or working on his Chinese or Spanish.
